Return Process

  Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to initiate the process.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the device in its original box with all accessories and cables included, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for any damages, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
